The bedroom was clean, spacious, and warm. The bed was very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, although we did have to wait a long time for our food. I'm sure that was a one-off thing though.
The spa was so luxurious, the mud treatment and massage were divine! A great place for a couple or group of friends to celebrate or take a break away for a day or 2. Beautiful building and scenery. Saw squirrels in the car park area. Food and drink prices a little steep unless you're rolling in it.
It was okay we didn't get shown round and had to keep asking the desk to let me into the Male changing rooms. I basically paid for a massage which I could of paid the same price else where so wasn't really a bargain
Had an excellent two night stay at Craxton Wood. Facilities excellent, staff helpful and general ambience very nice. Would definitely return!
It was a lovely break for my friend and I, the staff were amazing! Doreen and the resteraunt staff were just great. Highly recommended :)
Lovely hotel. Spa was great, treatment was excellent and the facilities were clean. The evening meal and breakfast was good quality. Overall excellent value for money.
