Didn't seem to be expecting me, couldn't initially find my booking. I rushed to get there on time but was given nail colours to choose and put in a chair and ignored for 25 minutes while I waited for a free technician. Choice of colours wasn't great. At the end they asked me to pay and I said I'd already paid online (2 more pounds than they were asking for in person!) Not sure what the point in booking is if you're not seen on time and get charged more...
