Terrible - ignored my messages explaining I am 8+ months pregnant the day before and then didn’t turn up to booking. Shop was shut, I tried calling and ringing door bell. Waited on the pavement. Eventually Vanya whatsapped me back and just said: “It's closed, I'll be back on Monday” - no apology. Had already pre paid too. Another beautician then appeared and let another couple in but told me I wasn’t on the list. Terrible, unprofessional experience. Will never book again or recommend.
