Staff are lovely and it was a good price but I still expect a good wax experience. I understand a few little spots of blood but I was left with a couple of patches of lots of blood. The lady was very thorough but it was a bit much using the hot wax over the same spot to get a few small hairs and I am actually peeling now (?!) so I think my skin got burnt too. Sorry to say I wont be back for waxing.

the colour and service was good but make sure you know what you're having and what you're paying for - when quickly asked if I wanted my hair dried by my hair washer, I said yes and the stylist then dried my hair without checking again. I was then charged £20 on top of my colour treatment for a curly blow dry I hadn't wanted! After I said something I was only charged £10 for the blow dry, but would rather not have had it for the extra cost.
