Very unprofessional, nails were done by the trainee but I still paid full price. Nails weren’t perfect. I would say you get what you pay for. Towels used were dirty and the same one they used on person before me.

Worst manicure ever. I had to wait 20 mins even though I had booked , they then rushed the manicure with two people doing it at same time. One was v junior and didn’t know what she was doing and the other very aggressive and actually my finger was bleeding. They use one towel for all customers and what was supposed to be a 45 min manicure was 25min.
