I did enjoy the massage but it only lasted for 20 mins, not 30. Felt abit short changed. The pool was ok but not as warm as usual, also because they was a coaching session, the pool was even smaller to use.
The worst of this spa is its sauna door. It has a couple of large metal bolts on the door bar inside. They are deadly hot and could easily burn one's fingers if not careful. I'm surprised this spa could allow this risky door to stay.
I don't want to write more about the attitude of the service of this spa, as it's not worth the time. But it's not professional at all as compared to other spas and massage places I've been in London.
There's no way I'll ever go back to this place if you want to have an enjoyable experience.
I book some treatments and SPA with London Therapy 4 U. It was my BIRTHDAY. I took 7 of my friends and each of us get 30 mins treatment.(massage , manicure, pedicure...)
Facilities was great!!! Pool , Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna very clean. And it was really QUIET , most of the time only we was using the facilities!! It was fabulous!
The ambiance was so soothing and relaxing. We were so pleased with this salon that we have booked more spa day sessions in December. Cannot wait. !!!
Beautician definitely not qualified / competent. Wax took far too long and was painful as the therapist was trying to keep the hot was as thin as strip wax. Messy, painful and a dissatisfactory result.

Used the swimming pool and steam room before my treatment, the pool is small but the water was lovely and warm, very relaxing. The treatment was nice.
