The girl on recieption wasnt very welcoming, nice massage, was supossed to be 30minutes but only got 20, none of the back jets in the jacuzzi worked, paint in the shower cubicles peeling off and paint flakes on shower cubicle floor, black mould on the ceiling above showers, not enough seeting around pool area, four chairs. never got to sit down and relax between using sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, or pool….
Took my 21 old daughter, dont think i would go again to be honest…..
I visited this spa as it is right near where I live and the massage was a great price. When I arrived the receptionist couldn't find my booking, but the therapist sorted it out in the end. The therapist was a lovely Polish girl who was quiet until I started chatting. She made sure that I was happy with the temperature of the stones. The massage was very relaxing, but not great for removing knots.

The treatment was very nice, however, the spa area could be improved. The steam room was out of order, as well as the shower that people need to use before they enter the pool. Overall, it seemed a little dirty (including the changing rooms).

First class experience. The therapist make me feel so special and comfortable. She made every effort to make sure that I have a relaxing and enjoyable day spa. I can not recommend enough!

Facilities are adequate and clean. Not crowded on the day I went, hence a big bonus. Massage was ok as I've experienced better but all in all good value for money with the discount I had.
