We had a really nice time and the value for money was exceptional. I would definately recommend it. The gym was first class, all new. The only thing I would do next time is have lunch first and go in the afternoon or do the morning, then lunch after. The hotel was a little expensive for food however, but afternoon tea looked good!
I arrived spot on at appointed time, But didn't realise I was booked in straight for my treatments (facial) so I had the feeling I couldnt really use the facilities and relax before hand.. but then staff sorted it that I could have my massage done later so still use the facilities a bit. But wasn't really perfect with a just done facial! Anyway tried to keep my face above water.
Treatments where lovely and massage was outstanding...the therapist was very friendly and they made me feel welcome. The overall ambiance off the facilities / relaxation area (which isn't really there) wasn't that great and it felt more like a normal health club, it is in fact.
I would come back for the lovely elemis treatments for great value and the nice coffee served to me. Thank you!
Make sure though you book the treatments a bit later on in day so you can use facilities first to relax! (see my mistake above)
i went with my mother and sisters for a spa day we all had the facials and thought it was so relaxing . my therapist was abi and she was very professional . ive had facials before but found this to be the best i would recommend this spa for a relaxing day out
i bought this gift as a present for my sister and she had an amazing time! She highly recommended the therapists for being helpful and understanding, the ambience of the spa was relaxing.
Yet another wonderful day at the Hilton Sheffield. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful many going out of their way to help. The service from the bar/kitchens was fantastic. The treatments purely relaxing and decadent. Amy again top class treatments-thank you I will be back. The only down side is the wet areas the steam room and sauna not as clean as I have experienced elsewh
