I bought this for my mother-in law as a treat and I also went with her. She, like me, thought the therepist she had was very good and that the facial was very thorough. We arrived late yet they still gave us both the full hour and didn't rush us to leave and took us to a nice room for tea and biscuits. Very good value facial.
I had an Elemis facial at the Livingwell spa. The room was spacious, quiet and smelled lovely (am finding so many salons now have an all pervading odour of acetone, not relaxing). My therapist was Amy and she was very good; my facial was everything I'd hoped for and left me so relaxed I wondered if I was safe to drive.
I'm going again.
Nice place. Pool a bit crowded with kids at the moment I visited. Really enjoyed the Elemis Facial and loved the products. My nails looked nice too. Would go again if Im near Sheffield. The only down side was that they booked my facial first in and after I could use the facilities which didn;t really worked out that well!
Therapist was nice, but we had to wait quite a while and the waiting facilities were in the reception of the leisure centre and very noisy and not that comfortable. The facial itself was very good though and the therepist a really lovely girl. It was good value for a thorough facial.
I have high praise for the therapist who did my express manicure/pedicure and the st tropez spray tan - really pleased with the results, especially the tan which was great. The therapist was so friendly, helpful and professional - I would definately return based on this experience.
