GOOD FACILITIES AND WAS VERY CLEAN. WOULD HAVE LIKED A DEAL ON LUNCH AS IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO EAT/DRINK THERE. ALL IN ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND ENJOYED THE RELAXING FACIAL.
very nice venue, the room was very nice and tranquil. Friendly staff, excellent treatment, nice elimis products. Therapist explained the facial and the products used and what benefit i will have from the products.
Overall experience was excellent!!! Amy the staff member was very friendly and nice. It was quite relaxing and good experience for a good price and variety to choose. Very neat and clean.
I went to Hilton hotel on 24th Oct 2011 for elmis facial. Staff was very fiendly and uided me through very necely. Amy did my facial, she was excellent and very friendly. It was a good value for 1 hour treatment and variety of choices to choose from. Ambience was also very relaxing, neat and clean. I will definately go back.
I had a 2 week membership which included use of all the exercise equipment, pool, sauna, spa bath and steam room. The staff were friendly, as were the other members and there was always equipment available to use, although the pool was sometimes very busy- particularly when children were having private lessons.
On the whole the place was clean and tidy and the changing room facilities were good as well, this is a really nice place to go and I would recommend it.
