Another wonderful facial which left me feeling really relaxed and my skin was glowing. This was a treat to myself and I will definately be going back and recommending this to my friends.
I would advise that it is a lovely place to go and have a relaxing facial. The therapist who did my facial is lovely. I will be going for another one hopefully soon.
I treated my Mum to a facial for Mothers Day. She was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience of her visit and commented that it was the best facial she had ever had. She went home thoroughly relaxed and said her skin felt beautiful.
After previous experiences that were wonderful, I have to say this visit was not to usual standards. The facilities were wonderful but the therapist (last Wednesday in January )we booked 4 facials at half price and we got half facials the therapist left the room for long periods of time even before she started this was supposed to be my time of one hour of pampering more like half an hour. The masks she used were here excuse to leave again. Other times Amy did either head massage or hand massage whilst mask on.Very disappointing!!! Cut backs or just a bored therapist I don't understand why such a different experience this time.
I was looking forward to the facial as the last one I had about 18 months ago was spot on. However, the therapist collected me left me to undress and settle on the bed and after about 10 mins I checked my watch she had not returned I was just about to put my dressing gown on when she appeared, the treatment cannot have lasted more than 30mins It was supposed to be an hour. The therapist kept disappearing for long periods of time, when i mentioned it to my friends they all said the same that she seemed to go away for long periods of time. Our day was Weds 25th Jan 2012, the therapist did not introduce herself,so I do not know which therapist it was on that day but I have to say the standard has slipped and I will not be in a hurry to spend my hard earned cash here again.
