My usual therapist was on holiday so I was recommended another beautician. I was slighty apprehensive as I like to stick to what I know. However I was not disappointed. The facial was different to what I usually have but was amazing. She really took time with me and my skin looked glowing after and I was so relaxed i went home and slept for an hour. Another satisfied customer.
Great massage, I've been twice now and would go again. Could do with being a bit cheaper and with this deal I couldn't use the pool and gym which was disappointing.
Living Well at Sheffield is wonderful! Relaxing atmosphere, excellent service and therapists who are fantastic. I've visited on a number of occasions and can highly recommend Tyler along with all the other staff that work there. I was so relaxed during the treatment that I fell asleep! The facials and products used are second to none. Try it for yourself!!!
execellent visit once again. Lovely ppol area,nice clean. Sauna steam room and jacuzzi was extreamley relaxing. Stafff was friendly,ecspecaillay the therapist, she was very professional and made the visit very relaxing
Amazing facial experience, would recommend it to anyone who wants to take an hour or so out of their busy life to just melt away and relax. The Hilton is a great venue as it is easy to get to and parking is free as your ticket gets wiped after your treatment.
Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming and I was immediately met by the therapist Jess who was ready and waiting. I was shown to the treatment room which was all ready, lovely soothing music and candle lit so perfect for relaxing in. Jess was very professional, firstly talking though the facials so that we could find out which one would suit me best. The treatment lasted the full hour and was absolutely amazing. Literally felt like I was floating and afterwards, my skin feels so fantastic and fresh.
Jess offered a feedback chat afterwards, telling me about my skin type and also recommending products that might suit my skin. However there was a no pressure sell and I was actually advised to go away and think about it, which is so rare these days.
Absolutely great experience and have already booked another one next month. Well worth it as a treat once in a while!
