It was really nice. A very good deal... 100% more than value for money. Breakfast was the best, buffet of literally everything you could want for breakfast. The treatment was really good as well. The staff were all friendly and chatty. Afternoon tea was delicious and the dinner value of £25 was amazing. Definitely a winner.
The stay was ok for a hotel, but may I point out this isn't a spa hotel at all was very disappointed!
Really enjoyed it! Staff very attentive & welcoming. Food great & service to, nice selection (unfortunately they ran out off my desert even though I had very early dinner booking). Well equipped gym. The sauna & steam rooms were small but did the job. Massage lovely, overall will certainly be visiting again.
They where unable to accommodate a joint massage with my husband which I could understand as there was only one therapist on.
The massage was very poor, it was like someone was just tickling my back. No skill, no pressure and was completely unmotivated. Both myself and my husband where very dissapointed.
Very flexible with appointment times and staff were friendly. However the treatment itself was quite mediocre.
