Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton with fantastic treatments - can recommend both the back massage and the taster facial. Spa facilities could be better - pool is quite small and was very busy but sauna and steam room were very nice. Three-course dinner was fantastic and buffet-style breakfast had something for everyone. Room was a good size with all expected facilities. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is fine, some areas look quite tired. Our room, which was a Deluxe had a very musty slightly mouldy smell. It was nice and spacious though with sofa, easy chairs and table . Good bed linen on a nice high very firm bed and feather pillows (bit hard). The TV was big with a great choice of channels, which pleased my husband. The bathroom had seen several leaks in the ceiling, the math mat was ancient making it seem a little tired. Nice assortment of shower gel, shampoo etc.
My main gripe is that we booked for a spa weekend but nothing in the 'spa area' flowed. There are no lounging areas around the pool. No where to flounce comfortably in your robe which is what I associate with spa facilities The treatment rooms, although lovely (excellent massage and facial) are up the hall and you wait in an area even further up the hall. Just all very disjointed.
The two evening meals included in our offer were great value. Staff very friendly throughout.
