Lisa was absolutely lovely. The consultation at the start was really helpful and then the release of tension points and the hot stone massage was amazing. My upper back and neck has been feeling much better since the treatment. It is a really lovely venue and I totally recommend it.

I love Lisa's approach to massage - as I always struggle with shoulder and neck tension, I appreciated Lisa's sensitivity to this and felt my body re-setting its self in place for days afterwards!
Lisa is not only an excellent massage therapist but also a truly wonderful and caring person. She creates a warm and soothing space where you can unwind and receive all the goodness of the massage technique. I have enjoyed a blend of techniques and in particular Myofascial Release (it was very effective for my runner's knee) and Swedish massage. I am really looking forward to try the hot stone massage as well as some deep tissue work in my lower upper back...
