Lisa was welcoming and the space was warm and comfortable. She communicated clearly what was going to happen during the session and guided me through a wonderful breathing exercise at the beginning, which really aided in relaxing the mind and the body for a more effective treatment. It was a wonderful way to iron out all the niggles I was left with from a tough first trimester and connect with this little being inside me, and I hope to be back soon ^_^
