Went for Razul mud treatment which was good, jacuzzi nice, quite a big pool and area compared to other spas I've been to. However not sure if it was the just the day we went, but sauna not on. Steam room not very steamy and pool area cold, so didn't feel like relaxing in it much.
I really enjoyed my spa day. The staff were really friendly and the spa was really nice.
There was a problem with my vouchers and we had to pay extra for two lunches . Also a big delay with my massage , apparently the girl had not been told I was having a body scrub and she told me it wasn’t her fault ? Massage was good eventually
It was incredibly difficult to confirm the time of the spa treatment with the actual hotel. The sauna and steam room are really small but we managed to use them. However, the actual treatment was great.
