Terrible experience. Booked a treatment which came up on Treatwell showing availability, and then made plans around my booking for that time, but then find out that it does not mean your booking is confirmed. Then LeSalon mucked me around for an hour or so “searching” for therapists , then told me no one was available and they would cancel. Despite cancelling, they couldn’t even give me a refund, they said I had to sort with Treatwell. Would AVOID - plenty of good places that can honour bookings

Chante was amazing - my mom really enjoyed her pedicure! The team were also really helpful in answering queries promptly, will be booking again!
