Had a lovely, relaxing day at Telford hotel & golf resort. The facilities were brilliant and the staff were all so helpful. We went for lunch at the bar after our spa session and it was lovely food, again staff couldn't do enough for you. Overall a brilliant day and we will definitely be returning!

Bit of confusion over booking on arrival although I had been called day before to confirm, had been informed of pool out of use for an hour but not that there wouldn’t be robes (I expected to pay for hire but wasn’t allowed). Nice spa for a hotel

Spa facilities are nice but basic for what you pay, staff lovely but a bit unsure when asked questions. shower area could be cleaner.

Did the day spa 2 for £109 deal - A good day, nice and clean, dimly lit pool. Aqua aerobics class was very noisy but difntSpa didn't have that many facilities and still felt a little bit like a gym, and the lunch was poor quality/not fresh, but the treatment was excellent.
