Always love going to the Cove Spa, the experience never lets me down. Great atmosphere and lovely welcoming staff. Joanna put me at ease throughout the whole appointment and made it a relaxing and calm experience.
Hollywood Waxing
Lady on reception was lovely. I opted to pay at the venue was meant to be £14 and was charged £16 which I didn't realise until afterwards. This was for less than 10mins basic eyebrow hot wax. I was not told that there would be a change in cost depending on the type of wax used so not sure why I was charged £16 instead of £14. Expensive for a basic wax when I usually pay less than £10 for a basic tidyup wax.
