Unprofessional. Was too busy talking on the phone rather than doing my nails which made it take so much longer. Didn’t listen to how I wanted them and cut them too short and filed to the wrong shape. Waste of time and money

Do not come here for eyelashes. I booked a 1hr 15 appointment for a full set - this started 20 minutes late and only lasted about 50 minutes. The last 10 of which were spent unglueing my eyes which were stuck together as stickers had not been put on correctly. The end result looks like a half set (or a full set 2-3 weeks in). Staff not particularly friendly. Full refund requested

Cristina was amazing from start to finish. I've never had acrylics done with such care before, you can tell she really takes pride in her work and wants her clients to be happy. My nails have never looked better. Thank you. I will definitely be coming back.
