I really like my nails but the frustration is that you book an appointment time and the accept walk ins so the time is invalid. The last 2 times I have had to wait for 30-40 minutes after my slot to get seen. I don’t worry if it’s a weekend but hard if you have plans eg. Work!

Treatment was completed quickly and efficiently and my feet and toenails look good. Could have been more gentle with cuticles and trim etc.
