Kelly is great - she combines osteopathy with massage, listens and focuses on the issues and most of all, she has made a big difference to my aches and pains!

Just brilliant! I went as a last resort for my migraines as I'd been told they could be back/neck related, and it turns out I was really stiff. Kelly has been a true professional and has completely sorted things for me. I'll be seeing her regularly from now on. Highly recommended!

KJ herself was lovely but the interior, the venue and the mood was not great. The room was not relaxing, bit of a corridor. Everything felt rushed and delayed. The actual treatment lasted 20 minutes with 10 mins of signing a bit of paper. KJ is lovely but the treatment does need more care and consideration, as the price is dear.

About

KJ Therapies - London Bridge
The Tokei Fitness Centre
28 Magdalen Street
London Bridge
London
SE1 2EN

KJ Therapies are based in The Tokei gym which is close to London Bridge and Tower Bridge and offers osteopathic treatment and sports massage.

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.

To an osteopath, for your body to work well, its structure must also work well. So osteopaths work to restore your body to a state of balance, without the use of drugs or surgery.

Osteopaths use touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints, to relieve muscle tension, to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and to help your body’s own healing mechanisms. They may also provide advice on posture and exercise to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms recurring.
