I left the salon in tears. I was not listened to, i was left waiting as he was running late, he ate his lunch, took personal calls and just hacked my hair. I have had to have it cut elsewhere into a very short style (not what i wanted) to correct his cut. He simply didn't want to listen to what i wanted, didn't consult, just cut and carried on until i looked an absolute mess.
On another note, no staff were wearing masks for COVID.
Jason completely restyled my hair, I went from very long to a pixie. Jason listened to what I wanted, confirmed it would suit and kept me informed of every step he was taking. At the end he took time to explain how I should style my hair at home to make the most of my fabulous new hair cut. I'll definitely will be back! The whole experience was more relaxing that I was expecting, real change with a new hair cut on a different salon, thank you Kinki Boutique and thank you Jason!
