Have been very happy with this place, but was so disappointed last time. I had booked a gel nails manucure, which Ive done there before with no problems. Upon arrival i had to wait 5-7 minutes because the beautician had to eat her breakfast... she finally came out of the office, still chewing, food in hand. She was obviously in a hurry, everything was rushed. I felt I bothered her by being there. When i complained about her not fixing my cuticles (she did not push them down and it looks weird with long red gel nails), she said this had to be booked as an extra... even though i booked a «gel nails manicure» and was givrn no information about this when booking. She got irritated. I got irritated. Not a recommended place.

I have been at the Flash Saloon already a few times and I really appreciate Kiana's professionalism and kindness. I will go back for sure.

Nice fast manicure, and really great value for money. Colour choice could be better, although I did manage to find the right one for me.
The salon is fine, although I wouldn't go there for a pamper session - more of an in and out sort of place.
