DO NOT GO HERE, booked this salon as it had really good reviews but had awful experience. Staff were late, rude and unwelcoming. Pulled, knotted and broke my hair when washing (with cold water) and brushing. Don’t have enough characters to carry on!

Haircut and toner were good. However, the light brown-haired lady was extremely rude and did not apologize for her misunderstanding regarding payment. She wanted proof of online payment, which I showed but she said it was 'not possible' that I had paid 4 days earlier than my appointment time and said she needed my details for her manager to call me. Turns out she had mistaken hairdresser's name in booking for mine and when I pointed it out, she just said that's fine. Will not be returning.
Ladies' Hair Toner
Would be helpful if staff did not fit other customers in, l arrived at 10.25 and had to wait until10.55.
I did not have my hair cut by Elana as a Mother and 2 daughters were having a dry cut.
Unfortunately this is not the first time people off the street have been seen first.
I travel from High Wycombe just to have my hair cut
