Ok so I have never had an Ayurvedic massage before so I have nothing to compare it to. I have had many types of massages and this It was not what I was expecting. room and ambience were very nice although after the massage had finished I wasn't very impressed to find after walking on the carpet my feet covered in hair which defiantly wasn't mine and lots of it.
The massage its self though I felt relaxed when I came out, consisted of very fast hand movement and not those you would generally expect. I'm unsure if this is how these massages are given however it did not put me in the trance/sleepy head space which I so enjoy.
The oils although lovely dyed my cloths bright yellow which I was not pre-warned about.
