I have been a client of Lorraine for 12 months now, and would thoroughly recommend her treatments and professionalism. I have facials monthly with several treatment in between and always leave fully relaxed and specially cleansed. Lorraine always welcomes you with a warm smile and a warm salon. A treat never to be missed.
I was given a Hot stone massage as a birthday gift and was apprehensive as I had never had a treatment before, I arrived a bit flustered as I was late, but was made to feel welcome, the massage was fantastic so much so I have purchased one for two of my friends, the worst bit was being woken up after I had nodded off, thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended,

I recommend Lorraine to all my friends. Such a lovely warm room, soothing music and relaxing atmosphere. I have problem skin and have had lots of facials previously in salons in the past where I have always felt rushed and left unsatisfied, but now I will only go to Lorraine who gives such a personalised treatment and has helped me to get my skin under control. I always come away feeling soothed and relaxed and can't wait for my next session!
I have been a regular customer for quote some time and always enjoy my experience. The setting of Lorraine's home therapy room is lovely - it's very tranquil, and of course parking is never a problem. She is always extremely professional, treatments are carried out timely and well. She always tries to fit me in if I have an issue outside of my regular waxing appointments. The room is always comfortable no matter if I am the first client of the day or the last. I have recommended Kent Beauty many times and will continue to do so.
I am a regular customer of Lorraine's and it is always a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Lorraine is friendly and welcoming, and puts you at ease immediately. The room is warm and cosy and Lorraine is very discreet and respectful of your privacy. I have tried other spas, but I can honestly say that Lorraine is extremely good value for money, and her hot stone massage therapy is really effective. I never feel hurried and have recommended her to many of my friends.
