I booked and paid £120 for the treatment yet no one was there for the treatment, and I haven’t been contacted about an apology or refund. Wouldn’t recommend.

Gloss claimed Treatwell was booking appts they couldn’t accept when I showed up but said they wld honor the booking next day. I showed them my lashes and rebooked for the following pm. Next day, the therapist seemed to think my eyelids were swollen ( I wld say they were normal) and refused to administer the treatment suggesting I come back the next day. I was not interested in making a 3rd trip to the salon, so declined and asked them to refund my money. They said they would but have NOT.

So relaxing and my face feels amazing, clinician was great too & explained everything to me.
