Instant relief - I went in to the venue experiencing shoulder pain as a result of constant gym training and general life stresses. Left feeling instantly relieved of the pain and completely relaxed. Thank you SO much. I’ll be back for sure :)

Kelly is really good at her job and is also an engaging,lovely and interesting person. She is relaxed and thoughtful and very upbeat and cheerful. She listens to what you need and delivers it - in my case, lower back issues and a need for some chill-out time. She's able to relax you and also work sore points in the same session. She knows quite a few techniques and weaves them together seemlessly. She makes suggestions for overall health in the wrap up.The room is ambient and restful.Recommended
