Have had a couple of sessions at Bootcamp. The trainer did work us well, and really enjoyed the work out. Would definately go again, and hopefully the weather will be a lot nicer as well.
So far I've been to 3 of my 10 sessions of Keep fit Bootcamp, 2 in Holland Park and one in Covent Garden.
As Holland Park is out doors you can expect to get a bit muddy giving the bad weather we've been having. I've had 2 different instructors here and they've both been great - pushing you to work hard but very friendly too. (I could barely move after my first session and by the end of it was practically lying in the mud - but it was good fun).
I then decided to give Covent garden a try, this was totally different as it was indoors and had equipment and changing room facilities - which is great if you're intending to go somewhere after as you can have a shower there.
The session here was Circuit training and the instructor was again very friendly and made it really fun - we even got to play a couple of games at the end too!
Comparing both Holland Park and Covent Garden I have no preference as they are really good sessions so it depends if you fancy and indoor or outdoor really - I like to do bit of both because then you get a variety.
I'm so pleased I got this deal - it's great value for money and can't wait to book my next sessions in!
It was a lovely experience. I have suggested it to several of my friends and would probably do it again! the excercise was nice, the outdoor environment was pleasant, the trainer was professional and very nice. It was all very lovely.
The instructor is great and gives a great work out, but also understands everyone has their own individual levels. I always felt like I had a great work out when I left. I will definitely keep going!

Felt the improvement in fitness after a few sessions..a great alternative to personal training. I was new to bootcamps this was a great introduction. Glad there are indoor sessions now too
