Koo is amazing. She's really welcoming and understands exactly what you want. My lashes look fantastic and I'm yet to loose a single one. I've struggled to find someone with her level of experience in the Hertfordshire area but she is definitely the best for price, value and service. I would highly recommend her to all.

This was my first Bikini wax so I was embarrassed but because Koo chatted to me all the way through it...I didn't even think about it....
She waxed my eyebrows to a perfect shape I love them
And my manicure was so relaxing

I had semi perm lashes which literally lasted me nearly 4 weeks before I started to lose them. Spray tan which I have every few days to keep up a natural. Professional, resonably priced, lovely girl.
