After picking up a shoulder injury during the finals of the Handball British cup final in 2010, (obviously sacrificing my body for the victory) I had suffered with recurring issues. A friend of mine recommended seeing Kieren at Just one body and boy did it make a difference. He explained to me that it is not just a shoulder issue and over a number of treatments corrected problems all through my back and arms and now I am back playing again without so much as a niggle in my shoulder. Cannot recommend this guy enough, unlike many doctors he genuinely cares about getting to the route of the issue and fixing it... rather than just performing treatment because thats what the manual says.

The centre itself is just beautiful. It’s super clean, bright and really calming. The centre staff are really nice and they’ve got a healthy cafe upstairs.
I’ve been a patient of Kieran’s for a number of years so it was nice to see he’s now setup in this wonderful new space.
(I favour his treatment so much that I follow him around London).
I trust his work implicitly as he’s now helped me out with two major injuries in my life - Hip impingement and a fractured ankle. As much as I love the NHS, sometimes you need to go the extra mile and get the extra care and rehabilitation that they can’t offer and I found it with Just one Body.
Kieran is a very approachable person - fun, bubbly and vibrant and he handles the smallest of details in the most professional of manners. I totally feel at ease with him and
I know that without him I wouldn’t have been up on my feet so quickly and back to competitive sports. So thank you 😊

Kieran's expertise and interpersonal skills are excellent. He helped me not only understand my injury, but he got me back to full fitness much quicker than I had anticipated. Would wholeheartedly recommend!
