Had a Dermalogica facial. The therapist was nice however, wasn't impressed with the facial. Had usual cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, mask. She did hands and arms massage while the mask was on, and also spent quite a bit on face and shoulders massage after the mask. However, would rather she spent more time on extraction, as the skin didn't look that cleansed after the facial, and could still see black and whiteheads. With the voucher, was OK offer, def would have not paid full price for it.
Came again and was greeted warmly, both Jade and Gabriella were very chatty and they had remembered about my important week - nice touches like this make the world of difference. Ella, did my tan and she was lovely, she was polite the whole way through and we had a giggle about some parts of the spraying which was nice as it put me at ease (im not used to getting naked in front of strangers!!) I came out very brown and have gone a really lovely colour - perfect for my hen party this weekend! After two treatments - I will definitely be going back for more!
I was so worried for my first hollywood waxing, but it wasn't painful as I thought. Great therapist, very professional! :)
This was honestly one of the best manicures, if not the best manicure, I have ever had. The nail technician clearly knew exactly how to do a perfect manicure in super quick time (during my lunchbreak).

This was my first time to Czaro and I would definitely return. Not only is it centrally located but the therapist was lovely (and very good) and it was great value on the Wahanda deal.
