100% the best massage and therapy in the whole of UK. Sacho has helped me during my training for the London Marathon and has been amazing at speeding up my recovery and helping me prevent injuries. He has the best knowledge of the muscles and body to make sure that every session I leave feeling amazing and refreshed. The location is perfectly calming and relaxing too, so I always enjoy the session so much. I would never go anywhere else ever - he really is the best!

Manned by two highly experienced therapists, this tranquil space is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing moment of relaxation and luxury.

The centre is located on Level 3, Room 32 Alpha House, situated on 100 Borough High street. We are a 3 minutes walk from Borough Station and 6 minutes walk from London Bridge Station.

Please note Reception is closed after 6pm daily. Customers will be required to wait at the back door entrance located on Union Street. The massage therapist will let you in the building. We apologise for any inconvenience.
