The experience wasn’t completely terrible but I was definitely given highlights and not a balayage. I had a lot of white blonde at the front and the back was left quite dark. I also had patches that were orange. I ended up having to go to another hairdresser to sort it out. I do have to say that the cut was nice and I saw other people come in and have lovely haircuts, it’s just the balayage that wasn’t good.
