Efficient,if you never had Brazilian keratin treatment then you might be little lost, it would be nice if an explanation of what product is being used and more details on after care. Found this was rushed. When the treatment was put on the hair no explanation about how long you have to wait it would be nice to tell the client what is happening. Hair cut was good

Ionna was quite shouty a bit rude and could hear her being rude to other customers whilst having the cut, however oksana was lovely.

Amazing amazing salon! Really friendly people, Oksanna did a beautiful job on my hair. I was in a rush as I had another appointment to get to and they put in so much effort to get the job done quickly. 100% recommend these guys!
