I am overall satisfied with the result, but I still had some troubles. First, they didn't get the email of my booking (I booked last minute, like two hours before the appointment) so I had to come back three hours later; after I told about my intention about the colour of the dye, the lady at the reception just told me to talk about it to the hairstylist, which later didn't know I wanted the blue dye and had me go look for it (otherwise I would have to reschedule), without success. Afterwards, hadn't any luck looking for it at the pharmacy, I had to choose only between natural colours; then when I told the stylist about my previous dye, she proceeded to bleaching my hair, but said she didn't know I had a black dye before that resisted the bleaching (but I'm positive I've told her earlier twice). Then she had me dry my hair myself while she prepared the colour. The effect at the end looked good, they were quite hospitable and didn't charge me any further even though it was my first time using the app and didn't know exactly how to proceed and choose between the treatments. As I said at the beginning, I'm quite satisfied with the result but I honestly expected more and especially I would have expected them to have more dye options.

I booked the night before and when I arrived the staff were not expecting me. They were extremely polite and had no problems accommodating my booking but if you are booking at short notice, I suggest phoning after your booking to confirm.
