Fabulous massage by a lovely staff member. Very attentive and professional. It couldn't have been better. I felt well looked after. I will be going back.

It was only 'ok' as I felt like I was back at school! More of a leisure centre reception area! The pool was a good size and warm, jacuzzi small and quite cool. There had obviously been some improvements as the steam room was new. The changing rooms were pretty dated and you have to walk through the gym area to get to them- quite odd. The massage therapy was absolutely fantastic however! Not bad all said but there are much better.

Lovely place, very friendly would highly recommend a spa day, excellent value for money with last minute.com don't know if I would pay full price though.

The spa was really disappointing. Cramped, dirty and with equipment that was broken and looked like it had been for some time. (Tea and coffee making facilities, excercise machines.)
The swimming pool area was really cold and the temperature of the pool and jacuzzi we'll below comfortable.
The sauna accommodated 4 people at a push.
The whole facility is grubby and needs a facelift.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the massages we had were first class. It's a shame the facilty lets them down.
