Really disappointed. Booked the pamper pedicure which was supposed to last 1hr 5 but my treatment was done in 30 mins. I complained and put my feet in cling film for 15 mins while she did someone else’s nails . Whole treatment done in 45 mins. Did not feel special or worth £57. Also email complaining was ignored

Lovely staff. Listened to what I wanted. Ensured the colour wasn’t left too long, but offered to repeat and go darker if I preferred. Will go again!
