Sorry to say but went for a last minute waxing appointment to this place for the first time as was going on a holiday and came back with left top upper arm not waxed at all luckily got fine hair so can get away but after mentioning I got sensitive skin and yet start seeing bruise type marks left on my inner top arms and thigh area due to waxing strips being pulled wrongly!! Just not right 😔

The beauticians here are always thorough and my wax is done quickly and is a lot less painful compared to some of the other places I’ve been to. Very reasonable prices as well... even better with the Treatwell off peak discount!
