Unfortunately although I had booked my appointment around a week before and it was in the salon diary, the therapist was away on holiday - I didn't find out until I arrived at the salon for my lash appointment which was a shame as I had a wedding the following day. It was too late to book anywhere else.
The staff were apologetic but it was disappointing nonetheless.

Sarah was really kind and friendly to my children. She listened to what they wanted and gave them both beautiful haircuts. Will definitely be back 😊
