I showed a picture of what I wanted - it was totally different curls to picture I showed and said was possible. It felt very rushed as if they didn’t want to do it

Blow dry was good, didn’t feel like Louise was friendly or warming enough. Whole salon was empty but she made my friend who’s appointment was in 20mins, wait outside in the rain whilst only 2 of us were getting our hair done in an empty salon.
