Honestly, you couldn’t pay me to go back there. I went in for a trim but that certainly wasn’t a trim. I wasn’t actually asked what I wanted done, so unprompted I requested a trim. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my hair blow dried, so I just left the guy to it. It wasn’t until he’d finished blowdrying my hair that I realised how many layers he’d cut in - the complete opposite of the blunt cut I wanted. Definite lack of communication. Avoid at all costs l.

No one greeted when I came in, I stood there unsure for a little until one of the staff told me to take a seat. Decent service, no one was rude, but very quiet and I wasn’t sure if what I wanted was fully understood, even though I showed a picture. The handling of the hair was alright, wash and cut.
After the job was done, I looked at my hair and it didn’t look the style I’d described... I walked out unsatisfied.
