Terrible experience of both the venue and massage and even more disappointingly Treatwell have not help to solve this issue on my behalf. Overall very unhappy customer

Manicure specialist is great and attentive to detail. Mani and pedi done perfect. However, the cleanliness of the place would need to be improved
The colour was really successful! but I needed to pay more in cash as I was charged more to have longer hair than expected and left with a little bit wet hair in order not to be charged even more for blow dry which was kind of disappointing . . . though it's a really good place to visit!
I had shellac manicure done here, it was good but not excellent and took longer time than usual. Staff is very nice and polite.
When I arrived for my appointment I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes. At first they didn't offer me any drinks, I guess they were busy. Marta the lady attending to me came over and apologised for keeping me waiting and offered me a drink she was really lovely and attentive and made me feel comfortable. We had a good chat, she did say that she had only been working there for a month and needed more experience but I thought she was quite good and cared about what she was doing. The actual salon could have been tidier and the waiting area very small and uncomfortable. Otherwise the staff were friendly and welcoming.
