I loved my experience of HOB. Its taken me years to find someone who can cut my thick, heavy hair in a way that I like it, but Ben did such a great job - I won't be going to anyone else now. The salon was stylish and clean, and all the stuff were lovely, overall a great experience!
Although I was nervous about the 'trendy' salon at first I was taken back and surprised how well the team just 'got me'! Even in my first visit I was happy and confident letting them take me hair from long to short and since then, I've left the team to decide on new styles and colours. They are honest about what won't work or suit me and I always walk out with an extra air of confidence about me. It's always a very welcoming atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble. Seven day opening is a real bonus and I love that the clientele ranges from children to ladies in their 80s. For all the creative styles that leave the salon or get posted on social media there are the more conservative toned down styles too.
Shabaz has been cutting my hair for years & I wouldn't go anywhere else. Booking into Hob salon is bliss! I always come out looking & feeling 10 years younger. The staff are so attentive & friendly (coffee's great too). Shabaz is a perfectionist & will always go that extra mile & who knew Susie could work miracles with my dull greying hair. Bring on the next visit!
Ok, so I'm a self confessed hair-at-home addict and have, over the years, ruined my hair with bad choices. I finally made a good one, by visiting HOB Hale. I've always been shy of visiting salons and have always thought "why pay when I can do it myself?"
Well, Suzi and Ben proved that I can't, and never will, be able to. They have, somehow (I think they used magic) managed to restore my locks to an amazing condition and achieved a natural, glossy and even colour throughout my previously patchy, brittle nest.
They gave honest advice about what I should expect from my visit and how to maintain my new mirror shine. All I can say is that I bet Courtney Cox pays a lot more than I did for a shine that is probably equal, but quite possibly not as good! Thanks so so much! I promised to keep away from Boots until next time...
