Hotel quite run down and not kept to the best standard. Pool area and changing rooms messy and not cleaned whilst we were there

We went away as a group of 6 ladies looking for a night away with some relaxation time, The deal at this hotel was so good that even with dinner, bed and breakfast and a treatment it was cheaper than just B&B at some of the other hotels we had been looking at. The hotel itself was lovely, our rooms were great (really spacious, comfy and modern), the pool area (with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room) was really clean and the food served at dinner and breakfast was of a high quality. The staff were all very helpful and charming. Loved every aspect of our stay!

My trip was amazing! Truly loved the massage and spa facilities. However, the manager at breakfast time was extremely rude. He said he wouldn't let us in next time for 'being too casual.' Other than that, fab experience!

Staff was very friendly and attentive, enjoyed the massage but shame about the sauna not working. We booked this as spa weekend and apparently it was broken for few days and they did not advise us about this and was not on their website either. We would choose different weekend knowing this. Apart from that all good, very nice place.

Great weekend - the spa facilities are a little basic but functional and clean, and we were impressed by the 24 hour gym. Rooms were very nice, dinner was lovely and everything was great value.

St Annes Manor was exactly as expected really. We wanted a cheap and cheerful spa weekend - which is exactly what we got. If you are looking for luxury - this is not the one for you. If you are looking for a budget friendly weekend - this is the one for you! (However watch out for the highly priced soft drinks - and that's coming from someone who lives in London)

Good sides: The massage :) the girls were absolutely lovely, and made sure to ask where you would like them to focus on, pressure etc. Very enjoyable. The room was also lovely, massive comfortable beds and a little balcony which we appreciated!

Bad sides: Although we had no problem getting in to the spa, we did witness some ladies trying to get in at about 4pm on Saturday and they were not let in as it was too full. In which case, I would advise getting in early! We went in at about midday. Spa facilities are limited, but as mentioned, this was still very good for the price we paid.

We were allocated a double room when we asked a twin. No bathrobes. No access to pool/jacuzzi/sauna as too many people

I have been to this hotel 3 times over the last 3 years and each time I have been we have a had a wonderful time. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our treatments and it is the best value for an overnight stay for a Spa experience. The only grumble is that the afternoon tea had little choice for vegetarians and the evening service was slow, but the staff are so nice, you kind of forget the negatives.

The visit was very nice and the staff were accommodating. They didn't have a vegetarian meal on the menu so they prepared something else for me which was much appreciated and gave us a free drink with our meal to compensate for that. That was very nice of them. However there needs to be more availability for more treatments as it was fully booked despite having called them a week in advance they said they were unable to book until that Saturday so when we tried to book an extra treatment there was no availability I was a little disappointed as it was our anniversary treat.

Super friendly staff and the facials were relaxing. Staff made us feel relaxed. Rooms are beautiful and the shower is amazing. Having speakers in the bathroom was a extra bonus.

This place is definitely amazing and the venue itself is filled with history. Take time to walk the hallways and read about the hotel and some great images. The spa facilities are amazing wish they could open a bit longer for adults and therapeutic massage was top notch. If you can afford it try the 50 mins. I wished I could so did the other half.
