We really enjoyed our treatments, but feel that places like this should be called more leisure facilities than spa. Being a hotel, it's full of children, there's no relaxation area and the therapy rooms are tiny. Had a great facial, and would happily return for treatments but not a spa day. We had afternoon tea which was lovely, but we had to keep going up and asking for things - it wasn't particularly attentive. Also, we stayed overnight and at no point was I asked what room we'd like, so for a romantic weekend away we were given a twin room which they wouldn't swap!!

Good value weekend, facial treatment excellent, spa area not to my taste, food on weekend good and can't fault value for money.
