Was a comfortable treatment and liked the effect afterwards, it looks good and very natural (although I do like a more dramatic look). I did not like being asked for my written feedback whilst in the treatment room, on the back of my contact card. I feel this was unprofessional.
Nice salon and friendly staff. Did not like being asked to write my feedback immediately after my LVL and give it back to the therapist as it puts pressure on you to say something good. Do not think they should ask customers to do this
The massage was really good. My appointment started late but they were just trying to accommodate someone before me who turned up late. Luckily I had enough time on my lunch break for this to be okay. Would have been a bit of an issue otherwise! None the less I had a really good experience.
