I am a bodybuilder and I had a back injury for a while. I went go Herbal Clinic to ask for the best treatment for my case and the member of staff was more than happy to explain each of their provided treatments. I had a sports massage at Herbal Clinic. Following the second session I felt the recovery of the back pain. Very pleased with the results- definitely recommend to anyone.

Doesn’t even deserve one star.. So I’m a frequent massage services user and one late evening I happened to book a 50 min massage for £35 at this salon through Treatwell. I got attracted by a low price. The booking allowed me to pay at the venue, so that’s what I decided to do. Except when I arrived the rude receptionist (who by the way was somewhat annoyed that they had a customer this late at 22:10) asked me to pay before the treatment. I paid hoping that’s not a big deal. Then, the ordered a masseuse to make a room, rudely again. The girl didn’t speak English. Massage was ok, but.. 30 minuets into massage the receptionist rudely knocked on the door telling the masseuse to finish. When I said that the treatment should go for another 20 minutes at least, the receptionist came into the room asking if I wanted to upgrade. Half naked still, I tried to explain that I paid for a 50 min massage but only got 30 mins done, to which she said - what did you expect, the price can’t be right on the booking, must be a typo!! (Her remark was lame by the way because before taking my payment she took a photo of my booking) Well, surely not my problem, but I decided not to argue but rather raise it with treatwell. So I was leaving this salon half buttoned up, since they didn’t even give me time to dress back up. As I was leaving I noticed a couple of guys wanting in the reception. Not that the guys can’t have massages, but the whole atmosphere in the salon is a bit tense and it’s open well into midnight. So I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this salon was just a cover up for a brothel..
